The sun did not shine.

It was too wet to play.

So we sat in the house

all that cold, cold, wet day.

As many of you already know, we celebrated Dr. Seuss’s birthday this week. Because of the beloved Dr. Seuss’s birthdate, this day has also become the annual Read Across America day, in which school children all over the country focus their attention on reading and sharing those stories to each other.

Children at both campuses enjoyed story time by special guests (thank you to the parents who were able to participate!), as well as Dr. Seuss-themed activities and snacks.
