It’s 2 p.m., school is closed…do you know where your Friday night is?

How about the Oakland Museum of California? Friday Nights at OMCA are back! From their website:

“Friday Nights @ OMCA is back for 2014, with new Off the Grid food trucks, music themes, and more! Join OMCA every Friday for a family-friendly take on a festive night market, with the best in Bay Area curbside cuisine from gourmet food trucks, local beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages at the Blue Oak beer garden, live music, and dance lessons. Get creative at family-friendly drop-in workshops, learn from local foodies in the Makers & Tasters Series, and enjoy special guest performers and events.”

We’re in!

Every Friday night will feature a free hands-on art workshop for all ages. Select Fridays will also include a storytime from 6-8 p.m. with the Oakland Public Library. Click here for more info.

Enjoy the afternoon with your littles and have fun at OMCA if you decide to go!
